How to make a referral to High Hopes Clubhouse

Here's what you do

Do you receive other services with Kennebec Behavioral Health?

If Yes, ask KBH for a referral to High Hopes Clubhouse
If No, call KBH Access Center at (207) 873-2136 and ask to be a member of High Hopes Clubhouse
- Or, make a self-referral online: Self-referral form (opens in a new window)
  Be sure to check the box under "Community Services" for High Hopes Clubhouse

Requirements: 18 and over, diagnosis of a major mental illness, MaineCare eligible or grant funding eligibility as available.
